Live session: Sunday evening practice
An hour of shared silence with a short guidance and an open Q&A at the end.
We meet on Sundays at 7 PM for one hour of shared practice. The format is intentionally simple — no talk, no program, just sitting.
Nothing to prepare. Find a quiet spot, a cushion, a chair — whatever works for you. Camera on or off, your choice.
We hold 10 minutes of space for questions at the end. No one has to speak.
