Workshop: Gentle letting go
Two hours of theory + practice. We work with different anchors for accepting and letting go.
Letting go isn't an act of willpower — it's a posture. In this two-hour workshop we look at what makes us hold on, and which small practices can loosen the grip.
What you'll take with you:
• Three different anchors for acceptance that fit into everyday life.
• A short guided practice you can keep working with at home.
• An audio recording sent to you after the workshop.
Designed for beginners; some sitting experience helps but isn't required.
